I have always had a passion for cooking and creating new and exciting dishes. Being a mother of two and a busy working woman, I know how challenging it can be to find the time and energy to prepare healthy meals for your family. That's why I started Mommy Bear Rocks, to share my love for cooking and to help others find easy and delicious vegetarian recipes that everyone in the family will enjoy.
