- 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) of corn kernels, drained
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (use a vegetarian version if desired)
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tbsp water) (or regular egg)
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
